Internship In Food Development & Merchandising Department

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To support FDM team on product development, sample preparation, product testing, maintenance of test kitchen, housekeeping of documentation
  • To assist with new product developments, inclusive of samples preparation and sensory evaluations, product shelflife and stability studies, reheating and equipment SOPs testing and other relevant tasks.
  • To assist with maintaining proper operation of test kitchen inclusive of cleanliness of work space, equipment and materials management and other relevant tasks.
  • To assist with QC samples evaluations, maintenance of good record keeping, new developments and updating SOPs documentations.
  • Able to perform ad-hoc tasks as per assigned

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree inFood Science / Food Technology / Nutrition / Dieteticsor equivalent
  • Required skill(s) : MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • No work experience required
