Duties & Responsibilities
1. Payroll (Operation Team)- Ensure that all personnel files details already key in into HRMS (mailing address, contact number, Emergency contact number, Typhoid etc.).
- Key in all the medical receipt into Excel File (Typhoid Injection).
- Verify supporting document in Leave Application.
- Filling payroll supporting document (Claim receipt, Sick Cert, etc).
2. Maintain personal file
- Maintain and update personal file, fill all the letters.
- Compile resignation staff personal file.
- Open new file for Operation staff convert from contract to permanent.
- Follow up the return copy of HR letters.
- scan all documents and save into HRMS
