Internship In Human Resources Department (Payroll)

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Payroll (Operation Team)

  • Ensure that all personnel files details already key in into HRMS (mailing address, contact number, Emergency contact number, Typhoid etc.).
  • Key in all the medical receipt into Excel File (Typhoid Injection).
  • Verify supporting document in Leave Application.
  • Filling payroll supporting document (Claim receipt, Sick Cert, etc).

2. Maintain personal file
  • Maintain and update personal file, fill all the letters.
  • Compile resignation staff personal file.
  • Open new file for Operation staff convert from contract to permanent.
  • Follow up the return copy of HR letters.
  • scan all documents and save into HRMS

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills, proactive, independent.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
