Job Description

• Checking on 3 delivery platform device status - online/malfunction
• Checking on 3 delivery platform device status - business hour/menu status
• Follow up daily in what's up group AM of the delivery findings and update superior daily
• Follow up daily in what's up group AM of the last selling timing report & CRM feedback
• Assist on monitor hiring group as administer to remove unnecessary contact number
• Checking CCTV for non-sales performance
• Assist calibrate store thermometer & weighing scale.

Role Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business, Administration, Management, Analytics, or equivalent
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft
• Willingness to learn and support routine operational tasks
• Experience in retail settings will be a plus point
• Able to commit to a 6 months internship at HQ (Bukit Jelutong)
