System Analyst (Vending Machine)

Role Responsibilities

  1. Business Process Oversight
    • Conduct analysis, documentation, and propose functional process improvements and standardization across business units.
    • Formulate functional compliance criteria for the Sales Automation System project.

  2. Unified Applications Implementation:
    • Deliver unified and efficient applications for the implementation of the Sales Automation System project.
    • Ensure robust coordination with business analysts for the seamless execution of the project.

  3. IT Team Collaboration:
    • Cultivate a culture of excellent IT teamwork and maintain effective working relationships with other business departments.
    • Adapt the business environment to align seamlessly with software requirements.

  4. Integration with MS Dynamics:
    • Make necessary adjustments ensure seamless integration with MS Dynamics.
    • Provide technical recommendations and lead testing efforts for the successful integration of systems.

  5. Project Execution:
    • Enforce project deadlines and schedules, collaborating closely with sponsors.
    • Apply project standards and incorporate feedback to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

  6. Business Understanding:
    • Develop close relationships with business stakeholders, key users, and business owners.
    • Collaborate to gain a deep understanding of various business aspects and requirements.
  7. External and Internal Relationships:
    • Collaborate and co-work with suppliers and third-party companies to address technical issues and enhance system performance.
    • Analyze business support needs, accomplish approved IT projects, review diverse requirements, and foster internal collaborations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design, or related business experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP software/systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Possess excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work in office based at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
