Duties & Responsibilities

  • To conduct quarterly food safety audits at outlets to ensure food safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
  • To follow up on local authorities visits findings and ensure corrective actions are taken on a timely basis.
  • To conduct food handler training when required.
  • To assist in HACCP certification and implementation at HACCP outlets.
  • To arrange NCP and conduct customer complaints invesitgation on food safety & food quality issues.
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate in Food Technology/Nutrition or equivalent.
  • 1 years in related field. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety quality management system standard eg. HACCP, FSSC 22000 etc.
  • Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Responsible, able to work independently
  • Good observation & auditing skill
  • Willing to travel extensively include outstation
