Executive - Food Development And Merchandising

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist with new product developments, inclusive of samples preparation and sensory evaluations, product shelflife and stability studies, reheating and equipment SOPs testing and other relevant tasks.
  • To assist with maintaining proper operation of test kitchen inclusive of cleanliness of work space, equipments and materials management and other relevant tasks.
  • To assist with QC samples evaluations, maintenance of good record keeping, new developments and updating SOPs documentations.
  • To execute any relevant food development tasks given to support in meeting launch timeline.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Culinology Science or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Food Safety will be added advantage
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self Initiative and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
