Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo assist with new product developments, inclusive of samples preparation and sensory evaluations, product shelflife and stability studies, reheating and equipment SOPs testing and other relevant tasks.To assist with maintaining proper operation of test kitchen inclusive of cleanliness of work space, equipments and materials management and other relevant tasks.To assist with QC samples evaluations, maintenance of good record keeping, new developments and updating SOPs documentations.To execute any relevant food development tasks given to support in meeting launch timeline.
Job RequirementsPossess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Culinology Science or equivalentGood knowledge of Food Safety will be added advantageGood command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa MalaysiaGood interpersonal and communication skillsSelf Initiative and able to complete tasks with minimal supervisionApplicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah AlamFresh graduates are encourage to apply
