Executive - Human Resources (Payroll)

  • Responsible for managing and administration of company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities
  • Maintain employee’s information and payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data.
  • Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate such as employee attendance, leave record, overtime, allowances, claims and statutory
  • Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
  • Adhere to payroll policies, procedures and complies with relevant legal requirement
  • Assist in HR administration task such as registration of group insurance, processing payment, claims, update staff movement, confirmation, uniform inventory, etc.
  • Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior and/or management as and when required from time to time

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Experience in using HRMS Payroll and attendance system will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
  • Preferably with experience in related field
  • Knowledgeable of Malaysia labour regulations is added advantage
  • Possess own transport
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
