- Communicate effectively with Hiring Manager to determine hiring needs, position specifications and work requirements.
- Responsible for pre-recruitment and post recruitment process such as shortlisting & screening of candidates, communicate with hiring manager on interview session, arrange for pre-employment medical health screening, prepare for necessary documents and on-boarding arrangement etc
- Source potential candidates through various channels, pre-screen applications, review candidates' resume and profile, conduct initial screening to assess candidates' qualifications to determine the suitability.
- Prepare recruitment material and post jobs advertisement to appropriate recruitment channel.
- In charge of end-to-end placement of students’ internship including prepare offer letter, on-boarding process arrangement and tracking progress
- Conduct orientation program for new join employees
- Assist in coordinating career engagement activities e.g., university/college/ polytechnic campus talks/fairs, career fairs, etc as and when required.
- Assist in update new joiners’ data/personal details into HR system
- Maintain recruitment database for future reference
- Familiarize on HRMS – recruitment module starting from pre-employment stage
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior / management when required.
