Senior Executive - Food Handler Trainer (Retail Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Food Handler Training for All Employees: Ensure all staff receive continuous food handler training, keeping every employee up-to-date with the latest food safety protocols, hygiene practices, and industry regulations to maintain compliance.

2. Conduct New Employee Orientation: Lead orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand FamilyMart's food safety standards, hygiene practices, customer service expectations, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

3. Participant Engagement: Engage with participants during training, ensuring they fully comprehend the course material, addressing any queries, and guiding them on best practices in food safety.

4. Content Development: Take ownership of developing, updating, and enhancing training materials to ensure compliance with current food safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and effective content for learners.

5. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess participant performance through tests, practical exercises, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately maintain training records, including session attendance and participant evaluations, and generate reports as needed to track progress and compliance.

7. Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continually enhance the training programs and ensure ongoing relevance and compliance.

Job Requirement

  • Must hold a valid certificate as a Food Handler Trainer from KKM.
  • Strong knowledge and background in food safety management and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivering training programs, with a focus on interactive and engaging sessions.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate training documentation and reports.
  • A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and curriculum improvement.
