Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including recruitment platforms and social media.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms.
• Maintain and update HR databases and talent pipelines for accurate data.
• Review candidates’ resumes and career histories to assess qualifications.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and fit.
• Conduct reference checks as required.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics (in-person and virtual), including room bookings and confirmations.
• Help maintain accurate candidate records and update our applicant tracking system.
• Provide essential operational support for the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
