Executive / Senior Executive - Operation Support

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations across departments or teams.
  • Analyze operational data to track performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights into operational performance.
  • Assist in managing resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Assist in managing operational projects from planning through execution to completion.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as finance, HR, and IT to support operational needs and initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of operational activities with overall organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations support or a similar role, with a track record of driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
