Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive CRM insights by overseeing key reports and dashboards to define key metrics, monitor member behavior, and extract actionable data to support loyalty growth and campaign optimisation.
- Develop and refine member segmentation and targeting strategies to support personalized CRM campaigns and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, BI, IT) to translate insights into effective activation strategies and business impact.
- Oversee the planning and optimisation of CRM-related features within the MY FamilyMart Membership App, focusing on member relevance, usability, and UI/UX experience, with the goal of driving eCommerce growth, increasing member activeness, and enhancing overall member engagement.
- Also responsible for managing eCommerce operations involving external delivery partners (e.g., Foodpanda, GrabFood), ensuring smooth integration, performance tracking, and promotional execution across platforms.
- Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance including voucher redemptions, reactivation, and engagement to guide ongoing improvements.
- Deliver clear CRM performance reports and recommendations to key stakeholders for informed, data-led decision making.
- Stay updated with evolving CRM practices, tools, and innovations to continuously enhance CRM effectiveness.
