Seeking an experienced and highly organized Maintenance
Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across more than 400 outlet
locations. This pivotal role involves leading preventive maintenance programs,
managing maintenance tickets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely
resolution of facility issues via a centralized help desk system. A strong
background in HVAC systems is essential to provide technical oversight
and ensure optimal climate control operations across all sites.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance
schedules across all outlets, focusing on minimizing downtime and
optimizing asset lifespan.
- Help
Desk & Ticketing Management:
Supervise the maintenance help desk team, ensuring efficient triaging,
assignment, and resolution of maintenance requests and tickets.
- Vendor
Coordination & Performance Management:
Liaise with third-party service providers, contractors, and technicians to
ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all maintenance
activities.
- HVAC
Oversight:
Provide expert guidance and support on HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting,
and system upgrades. Ensure HVAC systems across all sites are compliant
with operational and safety standards.
- Compliance
& Safety:
Ensure maintenance practices meet relevant health, safety, and
environmental regulations. Maintain proper documentation for audits and
inspections.
- Data
& Reporting:
Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, trends in ticket resolution times,
equipment failures, and vendor performance.
- Budget
Management:
Assist in the development and control of maintenance budgets, identifying
cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Team
Leadership:
Lead, train, and support internal maintenance coordinators or regional
facility contacts, ensuring consistent standards across all locations.
