Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 1 year of customer service experience in retail, e-commerce, or call center environment is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to engage customers professionally via phone and messaging platforms
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues when necessary
• Demonstrates high integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
