• Responsible for ensuring daily store operations comply with company policies and operating standards.

• Forecast, plan, order, and manage merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels at all times.

• Ensure effective and efficient utilization of staff within the retail operations department to meet performance objectives.

• Promote professionalism and positive work culture among team members.

• Oversee and maintain proper systems for overall store activities and ensure smooth operations.

• Act as the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless management of the store.

• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Role Requirements

1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
2. At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the retail operation is preferred for this position.
3. Applicants must be willing to be based at retail location.
4. Applicants must be willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
