Store Manager

  • Responsible for the overall sales performance and operations of the store, covering customer service, staff training and development, product display, marketing and promotions, and administrative tasks.

  • Oversee daily store operations including stock checking, handling incoming and outgoing goods, and preparing necessary reports.

  • Achieve sales and profit targets in line with company objectives and performance standards.

  • Plan and execute in-store merchandising and window display strategies to enhance the company’s brand image.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the store team; identify and nurture high-potential employees for career development.

  • Develop and maintain administrative procedures in alignment with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with other retail operation teams and departments within the organization.

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.

Role Requirements

  1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  2. At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in retail operation is preferred for this position.
  3. Applicants must be willing to be based at the retail locations.
  4. Applicants must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
