Executive / Senior Executive - Business Development

Job Descriptions

  • Support the evaluation and development of new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in managing strategic initiatives that improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and business performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate initiative outcomes, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals that provide clear insights to support management decision-making.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure to the retail industry.
  • Understanding of retail operations processes, systems, and technologies, including point-of-sale (POS), inventory management, supply chain, e-commerce, and related areas.
  • Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement, customer experience, and digital technologies.
