Executive – Retail Operations Training (Kelantan)

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Ensure new staff receive appropriate introductory training & orientation
  • Conduct in-store training for new joiner and store employees
  • Manage uniform inventory
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
  • Plan & implement an effective training curriculum
  • Able to perform ad-hoc task as per assigned

Job Requirements :

  • Possess at least a diploma in any field or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 1-year related working experience
  • Experience in similar industry will be added advantage
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast pace environment, tight deadlines with pressure
  • Able to travel whenever required
  • Based in Kelantan
