Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and Efficient Transportation:
- Safely operate and maintain the assigned vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure punctual arrivals at meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
-Monitor traffic conditions and adapt routes as necessary to avoid delays.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is regularly serviced, clean, and in excellent working condition.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, report any issues promptly, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Director Support:
- Provide personalized transportation services to the director, catering to their specific needs and preferences.
- Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings, luggage, or materials required for meetings and events.
- Security ad Confidentiality:
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the director's personal and professional matters.
- Be vigilant and attentive to security concerns, ensuring the director's safety during transit.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with the director regarding travel schedules, route changes, or any special requests.
- Keep accurate records of travel expenses, such as fuel, tolls, and parking, and submit timely reports.
- Emergency Response:
- Be prepared to handle emergency situations, such as accidents or vehicle breakdowns, by following established protocols and contacting relevant authorities.
- Customer Service:
- Offer exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing the director's needs.
