Personal Driver

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safe and Efficient Transportation:

    Safely operate and maintain the assigned vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
    - Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure punctual arrivals at meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
    -Monitor traffic conditions and adapt routes as necessary to avoid delays.

  2. Vehicle Maintenance:
    -
    Ensure the assigned vehicle is regularly serviced, clean, and in excellent working condition.
    - Perform routine vehicle inspections, report any issues promptly, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed

  3. Director Support:
    -
    Provide personalized transportation services to the director, catering to their specific needs and preferences.
    - Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings, luggage, or materials required for meetings and events.

  4. Security ad Confidentiality:
    - Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the director's personal and professional matters.
    - Be vigilant and attentive to security concerns, ensuring the director's safety during transit.

  5. Communication:
    - Maintain clear and open communication with the director regarding travel schedules, route changes, or any special requests.
    - Keep accurate records of travel expenses, such as fuel, tolls, and parking, and submit timely reports.

  6. Emergency Response:

    Be prepared to handle emergency situations, such as accidents or vehicle breakdowns, by following established protocols and contacting relevant authorities.

  7. Customer Service:
    - Offer exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing the director's needs.
    - Be adaptable and responsive to any last-minute schedule changes or additional requests.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license for the specified vehicle class.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
  • Extensive knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent driving skills and familiarity with vehicle maintenance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Previous experience as a chauffeur or personal driver for high-level executives is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns is advantageous
