Admin - Operations Risk

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform stocktake reconciliation in HQ on all data required (Wastage report, Sales data, Summary of stocktake report, high shrinkage by item & category).
  • Planning for stocktake schedule on monthly basis and send out stocktake notice to respective stores.
  • Review tickets raised in project eportal and ensure all issues have been addressed and follow up by respective parties.
  • Conduct data analysis on internal & exception reports to indentify any lapses in internal processes or potential fraud manipulation.
  • Compile & prepare monthly stores stocktake results in Excel & Powerpoint for reporting to management.
  • Follow up with IT on any system improvement and assist the Audit Team with adminstritative duties.
  • Conduct compilation & analysis on store visit & vending machine results – progress tracking, performance improvement, score trending.
  • Assist with yearly stocktake at warehouse.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graudate in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • 1 years in related field.
  • Interested in internal audit.
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, words & PowerPoint is required.
  • Good in analytical thinking and problem solving, able to investigate problem, identify root cause & implement solutions.
  • Preferably candidate who able to learn fast on the job, manage time well and organize workload.
  • Able to cope with pressure and deadlines, and thrive as part of team.
