Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update recruitment database / report, ensure submission on time.
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment exercise for Northern Region.
- Screen through application via social media (FB, job portal, whatapps..) and schedule interview session accordingly
- Assist in coordinating and brief HR related matter for new joiners during orientation program
- Check and ensure necessary data and particular being updated in in HRMS, ie: bank account no, staff meal ID registration.
- Compile, verify and check document received from new joiners after orientation program.
- Check sand ensure all documents are completed before submit / courier to HQ.
- Responsible in managing administration task and HR related matter for Northern Office.
- Perform reference check for new joiner (Supervisor, Asst Store Manager & Store Manager) when necessary
- Able to perform ad hoc task as per assigned
