Duties & Responsibilities
- Support on network equipment, storage systems, and end-user connectivity. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems for end users
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, resolving issues proactively.
- Maintain documentation for IT assets, procedures, and configurations.
- Ensure disaster recovery plans and backup procedures are tested and up to date.
- Maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Support office IT equipment (printers, network storage etc)
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and connectivity issues and any other ac hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor
