Duties & Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Site Selection
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for new store locations.
- Analyze demographic, competitor, and consumer data to support site selection decisions.
- Evaluate potential sites based on foot traffic, accessibility, visibility, and commercial viability.
- Expansion Planning
- Develop and maintain a multi-year store expansion roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, logistic) to assess feasibility and ROI of new locations.
- Evaluate the site proposals from the team members and prepare business cases and presentations for senior management approval.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of expansion activities, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on expansion progress and challenges.
- Monitor post-opening performance and contribute to continuous improvement of expansion strategy.
- Other Duties
- Perform any ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by management.
