Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in new product development, including sample preparation, sensory evaluations, product shelf-life and stability studies, reheating procedures, equipment SOP testing, and other related tasks.
Maintain proper operation of the test kitchen by ensuring workspace cleanliness, equipment upkeep, materials management, and adherence to safety standards.
Support QC sample evaluations, maintain accurate records, assist in new product initiatives, and update SOP documentation as required.
Execute assigned food development tasks to meet product launch timelines.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
