Internship In Audit Admin

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in stocktake coordination and scheduling.
  • Prepare and issue stocktake notices to stores.
  • Maintain historical stocktake records in shared folders.
  • Generate weekly Power BI reports (Refunds, Voids, Cycle Counts).
  • Liaise with Finance and Supply Chain for inventory estimates.
  • Process and verify monthly invoices from stocktake vendors.
  • Update master stocktake schedule and Area Manager details.
  • Manage safekeeping and issuance of store keys.
  • Support reconciliation and reporting for audit and finance tasks.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of audit processes or retail operations is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, words & PowerPoint is required.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
