Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in stocktake coordination and scheduling.
- Prepare and issue stocktake notices to stores.
- Maintain historical stocktake records in shared folders.
- Generate weekly Power BI reports (Refunds, Voids, Cycle Counts).
- Liaise with Finance and Supply Chain for inventory estimates.
- Process and verify monthly invoices from stocktake vendors.
- Update master stocktake schedule and Area Manager details.
- Manage safekeeping and issuance of store keys.
- Support reconciliation and reporting for audit and finance tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant.
