Job Descriptions

• Ensure smooth and efficient retail operations in collaboration with the immediate supervisor.

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.

• Introduce, promote, and upsell products to customers.

• Handle customer food orders and ensure preparation and disposal processes comply with food handling SOPs.

• Operate the cash register accurately for both cash and credit card transactions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and overall housekeeping standards.

• Responsible for stock replenishment to ensure product availability at all times.

Role Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or have retail working experience.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
3. At least 1 – 2 years (s) of working experience is preferred for this position.
4. Candidates without retail experience but who possess a positive working attitude will be taken into consideration.
5. Candidates must be willing to be based at retail locations.
6. Applicants must be willing to transfer to another outlet.
7. Candidates must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
