Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF, EIS, etc.).
- Review, verify, and approve payroll inputs such as overtime, incentives, allowances, deductions, and other adjustments.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records related to payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Store Managers to resolve payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and statutory regulations, ensuring company payroll policies and practices remain compliant.
- Lead and guide the payroll team to continuously improve payroll processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Support HR projects involving compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and HRIS enhancements.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, management dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
- Managing administration function such petrol card management, group insurance administration (enrollment, updates changes or terminations) for Operations and HQ team
- Undertakes ad-hoc task as required
