Executive - Digital Marketing

Duties & Responsibilities
To support the pillar of CRM, research, and eCommerce

  • Manage and maintain FamilyMart CRM & e-Commerce mobile app, from content creation, promotion, rewards, and more.
  • Work closely with merchandising and operation teams to maintain timely and accurate updates of product listings across all eCommerce/ delivery platforms (internal and external partners).
  • Coordinate marketing activities execution such as communication with stores, POSM ordering, and deployment in stores.
  • Monitor app reviews and work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty are maintained.
  • Drive CRM insights by overseeing key reports and dashboards to define key metrics, monitor member behavior, and extract actionable data to support loyalty growth and campaign optimisation.
  • Develop and refine member segmentation and targeting strategies to support personalized CRM campaigns and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, BI, IT) to translate insights into effective activation strategies and business impact.
  • Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance including voucher redemptions, reactivation, and engagement to guide ongoing improvements.
  • Keep up with trends in the e-commerce space, competitors’ activities, member behavior observations, and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas
  • Assist with the execution and analysis of research activities, ie. Competitor and market research, consumer surveys, product concept testings

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data dashboards and translating insights into action.
  • Familiar with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and loyalty program mechanics.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and user behavior to optimise app-based features and member journeys.
  • Good command of language & copywriting skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Organized with strong project and time management skills
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Posses own transport and willing to work in office based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
