Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for E-Commerce and CRM mobile applications; translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Work under the guidance of the Team Lead to support project planning, delivery tracking, requirement prioritization, and risk escalation.
Act as the primary functional liaison between internal stakeholders and external development vendors/system integrators.
Translate business needs into clear development scope; review vendor proposals, functional specifications, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives, architecture standards, and security policies.
Manage requirement clarifications, change requests, and scope alignment throughout project delivery; monitor vendor progress and escalate issues when necessary.
Support mobile app and digital product enhancements including loyalty, membership, campaigns, promotions, customer engagement, and end-to-end order journey.
Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to improve customer experience and mobile application usability.
Define test scenarios, support SIT/UAT activities, and validate vendor deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria.
Support release planning, deployment coordination, rollout activities, and post-implementation monitoring.
Facilitate stakeholder communication, requirement workshops, functional walkthroughs, and user training when required.
Prepare project status updates, risk reports, and progress tracking for the Team Lead and stakeholders.
Support data validation, reporting requirements, and monitoring of application KPIs, CRM engagement metrics, and E-Commerce performance to drive continuous improvement.
