Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily IT support to ensure smooth store operations.
2. Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and E‑Commerce systems.
3. Support system setup, coordination, and testing for store promotions and new store openings.
4. Provide basic troubleshooting and first‑level support for ERP and E‑Commerce system issues.
5. Participate in system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and updates.
6. Prepare, update, and maintain internal memos and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
7. Assist with SQL queries and perform basic data analysis to support business operations.
