Role Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and launch new vending business opportunities
• Lead end-to-end execution of new vending machine concepts and product rollouts
• Drive innovation initiatives to enhance vending solutions and customer experience
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize existing vending processes
• Enhance operational efficiency and identify opportunities for business growth
• Coordinate with teams, vendors, and partners
• Any other duties as deemed necessary.

• Posses Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5 years or more of relevant experience in project management, operations, or implementation roles, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities with the ability to lead and prioritise multiple initiatives concurrently
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners
• Prior experience in the Retail, FMCG, or vending industry will be an added advantage
• Willingness to travel to sites when required
