• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Introduce, promote, and upsell products to customers.
• Handle customer food orders and ensure preparation and disposal processes comply with food handling SOPs.
• Operate the cash register accurately for both cash and credit card transactions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and overall housekeeping standards.
• Responsible for stock replenishment to ensure product availability at all times.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of SPM qualification.
• Candidates must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
