Internship In Operation Support

Job Duties:

Assist in field feedback collection.
Monitor ecommerce ordering
Coordinate with Operations team (AM/RM) to follow up on action plans and execution
Support preparation of basic reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
Participate in operational projects and initiatives
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Ops Support team.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
Know basic Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data handling; advanced is a plus).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to learn and support field operations when required
