Internship In Operation Support

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in field feedback collection.
  • Monitor ecommerce ordering
  • Coordinate with Operations team (AM/RM) to follow up on action plans and execution
  • Support preparation of basic reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Participate in operational projects and initiatives
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Ops Support team.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Know basic Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data handling; advanced is a plus).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willing to learn and support field operations when required
