Executive - Food Development And Merchandising

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist with new product developments, inclusive of samples preparation and sensory evaluations, product shelf life and stability studies, reheating and equipment SOPs testing and other relevant tasks.
  • To assist with maintaining proper operation of test kitchen inclusive of cleanliness of work space, equipments and materials management and other relevant tasks.
  • To assist with QC samples evaluations, maintenance of good record keeping, new developments and updating SOPs documentations.
  • To execute any relevant food development tasks given to support in meeting launch timeline.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Culinology Science, or related field.

  • Background in the F&B industry will be an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of Food Safety is preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, and possess own transportation.
