Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Retail Management, Education, Communication or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or design tools will be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to learn retail operations, training coordination, staff development, and learning administration processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks within given timelines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with trainers, store teams, and internal departments.
- Working location at Amcorp Mall (Conveniently located next to Taman Jaya LRT Station)
