Intern - Operation Support (Training)

To support training delivery, coordination, material preparation, record maintenance, reporting, and retail training initiatives that strengthen store staff capability, improve learning effectiveness, and enhance operational performance across store teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all STP1 documentations are ready. All the documents need to be printed, stapler & stamp.
  • STP1 attendance email to HR & stores, assists STP1 trainer in HR documents check.
  • Assist FHT Trainer on certificate FHT print.
  • Nametag preparation for STP1 class.
  • Assist STP1 trainer for uniforms distribution to trainee & update in system.
  • HRDC registration & update in SharePoint.
  • Maintain cleanliness & maintenance issues in training center.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Retail Management, Education, Communication or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or design tools will be added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to learn retail operations, training coordination, staff development, and learning administration processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks within given timelines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with trainers, store teams, and internal departments.
  • Working location at Amcorp Mall (Conveniently located next to Taman Jaya LRT Station)
