Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies for the company, with a focus on social media platforms.
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Managing the company's social media channels and website, including creating and scheduling engaging, relevant, and creative content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborating with other departments and external vendors, such as content creation and web development, to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitors online conversations and consumer comments, including competitors to identify any latest trends, best digital practices, new business opportunities, or improvements.
- Developing and implementing social media campaigns that drive traffic to the store and membership App, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Performs daily account management on advertising avenues including META, Google Adwords, and other digital platforms.
- Analyses social media presences, including digital advertising spent, and consumer feedback to provide reports on performance and recommendations.
- Managing and engaging influencers following campaign requirements.
