Executive - Social & Digital

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies for the company, with a focus on social media platforms.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Managing the company's social media channels and website, including creating and scheduling engaging, relevant, and creative content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Collaborating with other departments and external vendors, such as content creation and web development, to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Monitors online conversations and consumer comments, including competitors to identify any latest trends, best digital practices, new business opportunities, or improvements.
  • Developing and implementing social media campaigns that drive traffic to the store and membership App, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Performs daily account management on advertising avenues including META, Google Adwords, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyses social media presences, including digital advertising spent, and consumer feedback to provide reports on performance and recommendations.
  • Managing and engaging influencers following campaign requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
  • Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube.
  • Good photo and video/audio editing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Good command of language & copywriting skills
  • Experience with social media advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
