RoleResponsibilities

• Feasibility & Viability Studies: Support in conducting feasibility studies for store visibility and viability.
• Site Management: Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with project timelines, requirements, and budgets.
• Problem-Solving & Vendor Management: Independently resolve site issues and manage vendors, relying on strong problem-solving abilities.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and assess project performance.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth coordination and adherence to the project plan.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and reports to the project team and superiors.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all related projects.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Job Requirements

• Possess at least degree in Building Construction/Construction Project Management/Interior Fit Out/Architecture or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years Project Management or Fit Out experience with strong technical knowledge on site
• Equipped with AutoCAD Skills. Able to read, produce layout and interpret construction technical drawings
• Excellent presentation, communications, negotiation. problem solving and time management skills
• Strong management skills in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as contractors and vendors
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
