General

1. Provide daily support to Store Operations
2. Involve in MS Dynamics NAV Installation for all FM HQ new users
3. Involve in new store IT setup and check staffs (ID) for new staffs or transferred staffs
4. Involve in master file IT setup (new item and amendments example price change)
5. Involve in store promotion setup and product new launch setup
6. Involve in SQL programming and data analysis on scheduler
   

Warehouse

1. Provide daily support to Warehouse Operations
2. Involve in ePOD support for warehouse and stores
3. Involve in new ePOD function testing and deployment
4. Involve in WMS report creation

Store System

1. Provide daily IT support to store operations.
2. Assist in configuration and maintenance of MS Dynamics NAV system.
3. Support setup and testing for store promotions and new store launches.
4. Assist in configuring POS and Self-Service Kiosk (SSK) menus.
5. Participate in system testing (UAT) for new features and updates.
6. Help prepare internal memos and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
7. Assist with SQL queries and basic data analysis.
8. Provide basic troubleshooting and support for ERP system issues.

Role Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT or equivalent
2. Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
3. No work experience required
