Executive - Business Development

Job Descriptions

  • To assist in strategic planning and identify new potential area for new development area
  • To lead mini kiosk project, eg.: finding location, coordinate and liaise with other department on project status, track on project status, etc
  • Attend to matters related to tenancy agreement including compiling the documentation, issuance of letter offer, renewal & approval,etc
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior

Role Requirements

  • Posses a Degree / Diploma in Estate Management / Property Management/Marketing/ Business Management or in any equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar field is preferable
  • Knowledgeable in commercial real estate - sourcing, renting, purchasing
  • Experience in project management and negotiation skill
  • Willing to work in a office based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
