Role Requirement
- Posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate in Food Technology/Nutrition or equivalent.
- Food Handler Trainer license is a preferred
- Minimum 4 years experience in relevant industry
- Knowledgeable in food safety quality management system standard eg. HACCP, Halal, FSSC 22000 etc
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
- Responsible, able to work independently & lead a team
- Good observation & auditing skill
- Able to work in fast pace environment, tight deadlines with pressure
- Able to travel around for work purpose include outstation
