RoleResponsibilities
To strengthen FamilyMart's overall positioning within the digital ecosystem by driving online engagement health, and brand awareness to in-store/ eCommerce traffic and loyalty:
- Develop, strategize, and execute content marketing across various digital platforms, including META (Facebook & Instagram), Youtube, TikTok, website, and others.
- Lead a team of creators and assist in the creation and optimization of content.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, publishers, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the brand's online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback.
- Analyze and report on social media, digital marketing, and competitors' performance, to identify key insights and provide strategy & recommendations for improvement.
- Stays current on social/digital storytelling best practices and emerging trends to ensure the brand's social media and digital marketing strategies remain effective and relevant.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the merchandising and operation team to ensure that content aligns with the company's overall objectives.
