Assistant Manager - Social & Digital

RoleResponsibilities
To strengthen FamilyMart's overall positioning within the digital ecosystem by driving online engagement health, and brand awareness to in-store/ eCommerce traffic and loyalty:

  1. Develop, strategize, and execute content marketing across various digital platforms, including META (Facebook & Instagram), Youtube, TikTok, website, and others.
  2. Lead a team of creators and assist in the creation and optimization of content.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, publishers, and other key stakeholders.
  4. Manage the brand's online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback.
  5. Analyze and report on social media, digital marketing, and competitors' performance, to identify key insights and provide strategy & recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stays current on social/digital storytelling best practices and emerging trends to ensure the brand's social media and digital marketing strategies remain effective and relevant.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the merchandising and operation team to ensure that content aligns with the company's overall objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting with a focus on social media - content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices, including META (Facebook & Instagram), Youtube, TikTok, and others.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media and digital advertising such as META ads, and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with an eye for visual design and branding.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Experience with design/video editing software such as Canva/ Capcut is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
