Engineer - It Support

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help desk support for retail shop IT issue.
  • Attend 1st level troubleshooting which includes hardware, POS, software, OS, application, system, IT peripherals, network infrastructure problem arise.
  • Delegate issue ticket to relevant party and follow up until issue is solved.
  • Daily monitoring and react on network connectivity issue.
  • Ability to work independently. Initiative and responsible.
  • Handling MDM software and preparedeployment.
  • Coordinate with hardware vendor to ensure SLA has been resolved within timeline
  • Willing to work in shift.
  • Coordinate with hardware vendor to ensure support stocks is adequate
  • Able to travel if required.

Job Requirements
Hands-on experience/ working knowledge as below:

  • 1st level IT help desk support.
  • Installation and troubleshoot software, application, PC hardware, Printer, POS, IT peripherals.
  • Understand network topology, LAN and WAN.
  • Retail IT environment.
