Duties & Responsibilities
- Help desk support for retail shop IT issue.
- Attend 1st level troubleshooting which includes hardware, POS, software, OS, application, system, IT peripherals, network infrastructure problem arise.
- Delegate issue ticket to relevant party and follow up until issue is solved.
- Daily monitoring and react on network connectivity issue.
- Ability to work independently. Initiative and responsible.
- Handling MDM software and preparedeployment.
- Coordinate with hardware vendor to ensure SLA has been resolved within timeline
- Willing to work in shift.
- Coordinate with hardware vendor to ensure support stocks is adequate
- Able to travel if required.
